Don’t ask for any extra soy sauce. Went to this dump and ordered lunch. Didn’t finish and wanted more soy sauce. Went in restauarant to ask for extra and the guy says that I’m lying that I never did order that day?!?!? WTF? So I said are you telling me you are too cheap to give me a lil pack of soy sauce? He didn’t answer he just proceeded to pull a gun out from behind the counter and point it at me. He asked me to leave.Called cops he says the guy at restaurant claims I spit at him, which did not happen, although I was very upset. On top of all this their food is not that great.
Best Chinese food in Milwaukee. They have a traditional Chinese menu and also great general tsos chicken. Also ask for free egg rolls with your order. They aren’t extremely good but free ones are better than nothing. Damn clean windows too.
Great Authentic Chinese food!. Excellent quality! The steamed dumplings and chicken teriyaki are to die for. They also have a Chinese menu. I recommend the Salt & Pepper Spare Ribs with Bone. It’s drenched in some kind of flour, deep fried, and topped with the perfect amount of salt and pepper with added slices of jalepeno peppers. Definitely a keeper.
Great Chinese. This is a great restaurant, the staff is very friendly, and I have only ordered take out a few times but the staff always remembers me, and are very friendly, include extra homemade sauces for me and everything that I have eaten there is delicious. Also when I order food anywhere and ask for it extra spicy they never do a good job, but here they know how to do extra spicy. Great overall– wont go anywhere else in Milwaukee for Chinese.
Authentic Chinese. Visited Huan Xi over the holidays and was pleasantly suprised to find a traditional Chinese menu to order from. The wait staff was patient, helpful and attentive. Dumplings were tender, tasty and the best I’ve had in the Milwaukee area. The eggplant and squid we had were equally delightful. I’ve been to China several times and am delighted to find this restuarant so close to home. I’ll be back.
