Best meal/food experience we had in Milwaukee! Menu has so many great options and lots of unique things to try. Atmosphere was great, the kids enjoyed the popcorn. We were supposed to eat somewhere else but couldn’t find parking so we ended up at Chancery…and so glad we did!
I was forced to go to this place for a birthday event after vowing to never return. I actually forgot about that vow until the food and drinks arrived. Easily the worst restaurant I’ve been to. Mojito with seltzer water, cold food, poor service. Not worth the time to write the review but I’m doing this in honor of people who appreciate good food and great service. One horrible restaurant. Been to this restaurant 3 times. I have never had even a remotely decent meal.
Never had a good meal. I’ve just never had a good meal here. I’m not sure why I’ve ever returned here, probably just the location convenience factor. Most of the food is doused in sauce to cover the bad flavor of the food, and much of it tastes like reheated frozen dishes.
Always take my family here. Love the Chancery! When my family comes into town for band/choir concerts we almost always eat here. Great food, wide variety in the menu, HUGE DELICIOUS BURGERS, and very friendly staff. The atmosphere is cozy and very relaxing. Plus, free popcorn!
