This is the best Bartolotta Restaurant. Significantly better than B’s. Try the beef carpaccio. Once you realize the attention to details you will have a very nice dinner.
Always delicious. Fantastic food. Wonderful wine.
I LOVE this place! I cannot think of one complaint. Every time I have been here it has been better than the last. Go for the truffle menu, it’s a once in a lifetime experience!!!
Great Food & Wine. I have to admit I am surprised at the 77% approval rating on this restaurant. I thought the service was oustanding, the wine choices were very nice and well rounded, and the food was delicious and robust with flavor. While this is termed an ‘italian’ restaurant, don’t expect spagetti and meatballs, and don’t expect Olive Garden prices. Mon/Tues they have 1/2 price wine if that suites you. I will definitely be back and think very highly of this restaurant. My only negative would be that it is kind of loud in the restaurant, but even that just adds to the quaint feel. Recommended.
Delicious! Went there tonight with friends and we all loved our meals. I had the ravioli with spinach which was delicious. My friends had the salmon, pasta with duck and a filet. Each dish was wonderful. My friend requested her filet medium well and it was still tender enough to cut with a butter knife. The tiramisu for dessert was wonderful.
Good, but not as great as the hype. The service was nice, but the food was not excellent, as I’d been told by a few people, which made me a bit surprised by the cost. Maybe it was an off night. Still would probably go again, but this time with more reasonable expectations of it being a good, not great, restaurant.
Never Been Disappointed. Sometimes I wake up at night craving their Pappardelle con Sugo dAnatra (Pappardelle with Duck Ragu). Their own fresh pasta with the great flavor of duck and red wine. The duck is extremely tender. It’s filling. For a starter choose the appetizer of a basket of grilled French bread rubbed with garlic and oil, and served with a terrine filled with baked tomatoes, herbs, and buffalo mozzarella. It’s served hot and it’s amazing. Bartolotta also has some of the best iced tea in the city. Not bitter like most places – it has a citrusy, mild flavor that doesn’t need any added sweetener.
