Service is mixed from marginal to downright RUDE… Have ordered multiple times because pizza is decent but re-thinking that commitment. Last order was wrong & gal that answered phone claimed we weren’t in the system & therefore couldn’t have possibly ordered from them. (Order was placed 35 min earlier with her peer). Her combative attitude led me to believe it was the path of least resistance vs providing decent customer service. Simple solution (upon call back with request for a manager & after phone disconnected inexplicably) was to credit our account for item delivered in error for next purchase. Our account & all history was found without issue or conflict on followup call. I typically wouldn’t comment on isolated incidences. This is a reflection of a fairly consistent poor attitude from staff over a 12 month+ period. I WISH IT WEREN’T SO!!!
