Looking forward to my next visit. Exceptional service and meal. Warm and inviting candlelit dining. My boyfriend and I especially enjoyed Louise’s minestrone soup – garden fresh and loads of flavor! The foccacia bread was served with balsamic and oil – I’m much more of a baguette fan but it was okay. I ordered the pappardelle with sausage and tomato cream sauce – delicious. Although, I think the dish could have used a little more garlic or salt? It seemed a bit bland if you weren’t enjoying the noodles with a piece of sausage. My boyfriend ordered the cheese ravioli, a little bit too much spinach for someone that doesn’t care for greens but he did eat enjoy every last bite. Our server was welcoming and helpful with drink and menu suggestions. We can’t wait to come back and try the pizza! I was also eyeing up a drink called the Ruby, which is made with grapefruit juice. I highly recommend Louise’s to someone looking for an intimate setting or great Italian.

The food is good but the service is terrible. The wait staff must be either poorly trained or poorly managed… Maybe both. It’s also like eating in a giant trash can (extremely loud) – best time to go is in the summer as you can eat on the patio.

Very good. A girlfriend and I went to Louise’s for dinner and had a great experience. We’d both never been so we shared two salads and a pizza. The servings were more than enough, with even left overs to take home. The pizza and salad, both, had lots of flavor and were very fresh. The service was friendly and attentive. I’d recommend!

Good Food. Like this place, hard to find but nice spot.

Food was good but the service was despicable and didn’t deserve 18% gratuity.

Good but overlooked. Good Pizza! This is a forgotten place in Brookfield with consistently good Italian food. Location is tucked back off of Bluemound road up on the hill by Chuck E Cheese.
