Terrible. We had a positive experience with the bar staff who explained the menu. But all downhill from there. Our server, Jason, was very rude and unorganized. He seemed more interested in his other tables than with ours. He had no patience explaining the menu and got irritated when we asked questions. He was probably the worst server we ever had at any restaurant. He was so bad he almost had my wife in tears. She took me here for my birthday and it was a nightmare. The food was just as bad. Small portions and high priced. We will NEVER go back!

Overpriced and food is nothing special. My girlfriend and I love fondue and just moved to the area, so we figured we’d try this place. After an appetizer, two meals and a drink the bill was $90. I don’t mind spending that much on a dinner once in a while but for the price I would expect something decent. None of the ingredients were fresh. The cheese looked like it came from Sysco. All in all we’re not going back here. I would have rather spent that money to get a nicer meal where someone else cooks it for me.
Fun/tasty experience… a tad pricey… maybe go back in a couple years
Sublime. This is a sublime dining experience. Buckle in for about three hours. The service from host staff to management is superb and the food is phenomenal. If it weren’t so pricey, I would eat there once a week.
