Delicious food and tasty drinks. Steaming Cup holds a special place in my heart. It is everything you think of when you think of a small-town coffeeshop. The owners, Terry and Kerry, are gracious and helpful. We’ve had a party in the tea room once and everything was set-up wonderfully. It’s a Waukesha classic!

SUPER!!. My friend and I wanted to eat somewhere that wasn’t the Carroll University MDR (you can only take so much of it), so after an enthusiastic suggestion from a classmate we decided to try it. Wow! we did not expect such a variety of sandwiches. I was hesitant to try some of the unconventional sandwiches (Cranbery Bog, Figgy Piggy) the staff at the counter knew their stuf and made a good sell. We tried them and they were awesome! I’m afraid that I won’t even try anything else because I’m pretty committed to that Cranberry bog now. Although after a second trip I can atest that the Salmon was just as incredible. Sometimes I forget I’m at a coffee shop when I eat here. but my friend had a capuccino (a real one!) and said it was expertly made. bottom line: this place is super!
My fave. Been going to the cup since they opened.Not only is the food creative but yummy too! Pulled pork sammich is awesome.Tea parties are informative and a taster’s delight.Super friendly atmosphere.A constantly changing selection of coffee’s from all over the world makes it a bit adventurous too! Huge selection of tunes constantly playing!Live music on weekends!! Fun friendly clientele,infant to elderly.Family friendly with games to play and books to read. BON APPETIT!!!!!!!!!!
Customer. My wife and I have been going to the CUP 3 times a week for a year and a half, and we have never had a bad meal or a bad drink. The atmosphere is homey, with some wonderful people, some playing chess, some checkers, some playing instruments while they eat, and many others just talking. The person that did your review must have had a bad day, as what he found was not the CUP that we know. Tell him to contact me and I will treat him to another review!!!!!
Great food. Have you tried the shrimp sandwich? It’s great as is all the food there–staff is well trained and knowledgible as well as very friendly
