TERRIBLE. Booked a birthday party here, absolute terrible service by staff. Ended night disappointed and disrespected by staff. Get any interactions with owner Dean Day in writing as he is not honest and can not be trusted. Old lanes and ball return scratched up balls. Go to Dales Weston Lanes instead with great service and updated lanes!
