What brings people to this place??? I do not get it. $ 14 for a small piece of grill chicken and a small portion of broccoli?? How can anyone find this place appealing. This restaurant is a rip off but it looks like they have plenty of people willing to give them their money. Average food, very overpriced, very noisy. You cannot have a conversation unless you are shouting. I do not have children, therefore will never be back. Wake up everyone, this place is nothing special.

Not at all happy!. We had not been to Dave and Buster’s since it opened. We decided to take our kids there with some friends since they had never been there. We arrived on a Friday night around 7pm. The woman at the door told us we could eat in the dining room and wait about 15-20 minutes or go to the bar area and sit immediately. I went to the hostess stand to put our name on the list to the restaurant since we were all very hungry and they said it was a 45 minute wait. They must have been short staffed because there are ALOT of empty tables. We decided to eat by the bar. We waited 10-15 minutes and asked them to clear a table. We saw no servers or anyone cleaning tables. Just the bartenders behind the bar. We then decided to leave. As we left, the woman at the door, who my husband asked to help us get a table cleared, did not seem to care that we were leaving without spending any money there. My husband even made the remark that we would be taking our money elsewhere and she just shrugged her shoulders. It’s really too bad my daughter has a gift certificate to spend there. Not sure we’ll even go use it. You would think they would have tried to make an effort, but none was shown.

It’s nice for what it is, BUT…. The food isn’t bad (it’s not great, either, but it’s definitely a step up from going to another chain eatery, like Applebee’s or TGI Friday’s).The arcade is a lot of fun, especially if you go with some fun-loving friends. However, I would recommend taking precautions before going there. There is a history of car break-ins in their parking lot, and despite the lack of windows in the building the vast majority of their parking space is not covered by any sort of security camera. Leave items in your car at your own risk, because you will be on your own if anything gets stolen.

Go at lunch time. Reading all of the negative reviews makes me wonder if I was in the same restaurant. Most of these folks visited on a weekend or at the evening hours. I would suggest going durring lunch hours when service was prompt and friendly. The food was served hot and correctly prepared. And no lines to play games or wild mobs causing trouble.(We all know the thugs sleep in!) Try this place at lunch time, durring the weekdays or in the early in the evening. It’s a whole different world.

Fantastic Friday Night. We were there Friday night and right from when we walked in the place blew us away. The games flashing, all the TVs going with all the opening day baseball games playing, It was like we stepped into Vegas. It was our first time there and the guy standing at the front door was more then helpful explaining to us how the games worked (with a power card), where to order food, and even what games he liked the best. The food we half expected to be just burgers and fries but WOW that menu had everything from your basic cheese sticks all the way up to a Fire Grilled Salmon that was out of this world. As we were planning out our night we figured we would go here to eat and play a little bit but they head out to a bar to watch the rest of the games and kick back. We never left till they closed at 1am. There bar had some of the friendliest bartenders I have had the pleasure of being served from and some amazing signature drinks (the walk the plank is awesome). To top it all off anytime we needed anything from help to play a game to where the bathroom was there was an employee or manager around with a smile on there face to help. This one trip has made us guests for life.

It was ok. We held our friends 40th birthday party at Dave & Buster’s. The service for our private room was good and the food was good, but the game floor was over run with kids. While I know they have their house rules, 1 adult for 6 kids, that is crazy. They were running all over and pushing. Not my idea of an adult night out. If I wanted to have kids pushing me out of the way for games, I’d go to Stone Fire or better yet, Chucky Cheese.

Horrible Service. We went on a Saturday evening for a birthday party. We were seated quickly but it took a while for the server to acknowledge us. The food we ordered took over a hour and the drinks were a half hour. the servers tone was quite rude and unprofessional. The only positive was that the games were fun.
