A true dinning pleasure. The food was so fresh and pure flavor. We have eaten in many Chinese and Dim Sun restaurants across the United States, by far this was the best. The outside looked very barren and not inviting, but the food and service was flawless. Can wait to return!!!

Delicious Vegetarian Dish. My husband and I just went to Peony. He LOVES the Dim Sum there, particularly the sticky rice and the steamed pork ribs. I ordered the Lo Han Vegetarian Tofu dish, and holy smokes, it was DELICIOUS!! Loaded with colorful vegetables and lightly fried tofu, including some crazy-good mushrooms, in a light brown sauce. The waitress was friendly and gave us each a small piece of cake for dessert. The only issue is that the place was empty, so hopefully some more positive reviews will get some people in there. 🙂
I rarely give a place 3 chances if the first two were disappointing. I should have stuck to my rule. I have nothing good to say.
Ordered a bunch of dim sum and had it delivered. The dumplings were NOT good. I cant believe that anyone actually ate that and gave a good review. The smell alone was disgusting and especially the sticky rice wrapped in a lotus leaf. It am a very adventurous eater but you have absolute horrible taste if you liked that stuff. I will say that the fried rice was good lol… But i can make that on my own.
Best Chinese We’ve Had. We ordered a smattering of dim sum and were pleased with the variety and healthy nature of the food. Good congee, good steamed buns, good steamed dumplings, good crab rangoons. The vegetable hearts were not that great for the price, but were still good. Wonderful fried sesame balls. Our server was attentive and answered all our questions about ordering with a vegetarian. We’ll definitely return.
Everything was way too salty. I have never had a Chinese restaurant making their dishes so salty like Peony did. We ordered some dishes off the Chinese menu and some from the Dim Sum menu. At least I know that the dim sum was made in house because they were all salty too.
