I have to say overall when it comes to BBQ, sides and sauce this is the best BBQ in mke. Dry rub on ribs is great. I don’t like dry rubs usually but the flavor is smokey, spicey and well seasoned. Variety of sauces to compliment. Pulled pork was good and the kielbasa was good but I do prefer the sausage at smoke shack better. While the BBQ at Ashley’s and speed queen are good, the sauces and sides are not. Smoke shack is good but they always run out of BBQ and it is expensive. This place overall is the best in town.
