Good Food, Not Sure About the Service. We tried Fujiyama for dinner and as we were wating to be seated, another customer stormed out after a heated arguement with the staff about service. I order the Beef Sukiyaki and my girlfriend ordered a few of the sushi rolls. The sushi was good for Milwaukeee sushi with good flavor and ingredients. The Sukiyaki was done well with a flavorful broth and noodles. The shitake mushrooms were also delicious. Our service was also good.
Good bye fujiyama. Last night me and my fd eat at brookfield fujiyama, we been seated for 15 mins no one coming by to ask for a drink and the services a terribly slow , when we eventually got our sushi rolls, we found a fish bone in our yellowtail scallion roll, which i never had eaten anywhere else have such bad exprience like that. i doubted why people will go there, i usually eat at takara in Elm Grove, and never ha problem like that, but since of my fd wanna to tried fujiyama once, and we will never , ever going back again.This is not how to run a business , doesnt matter if you already making good money, you wound keep customer coming back. good bye fuyiyama , never see us again. bad food, terrible service.
Fantastic for your buck. I can’t even begin to figure out how many times I’ve come to Fuji’s but their food is ALWAYS good, every single time. I’ve had the hibachi and sushi and they are well worth the money, especially if you come on a Monday or Tuesday for 1/2 price. The little show the chef does for hibachi is very entertaining and fun. The fish in the sushi is always fresh tasting and I haven’t had a bad roll yet. The portions are pretty big, so come hungry! It’s a great place to come with friends or even a date.
Great Sushi. Been going here for several years and love the sushi and tempura veggies, but I wish they would update their menus more often. The ingredients in some of their rolls changed without warning, making for an unpleasant surprise. Other than that, the food’s great.
The price is right on half off days
While not as good as Nanakusa, I love the half price rolls on Tuesday night.
Great deals on monday + Tuesdays. Prices make it so you can try a bunch of different things. Especially if you’re new to sushi…crispy eel roll is a favorite!
