Yummmm. Went here for lunch today, got the stock gyro. People behind the counter were very polite. Got the gyro back to work and destroyed the delicious sandwich! I personally think they are better gyros then the infamous Oakland Gyros.
Good gyros but a little pricey. They probably have the best gyros away from the East side. They only have outdoor seating, so in the winter you’ll have to take your food to go.The only downside is that they are a little expensive.
I have been to Golden Gyros twice and ordered a gyro each time. They do not put feta cheese on the gyros, and they charged us extra for it and forgot to put it in the bag…in addition, they charged us for extra cucumber sauce and also forgot that. The actual gyro meat is good, but the chicken shishkabob is excellent. The cucucumber sauce is the WORST i have ever had…it tastes like plain sour cream. AWFUL!!
Best custard!. Golden Gyros has the best custard ever! All of the specialty flavors are loaded with chunks of stuff. Apple streusel custard was AMAZING!!
Downside – they only accept cash. ATM across the street. Upsides – drive thru establishment with AWESOME gyros. Some of the best I’ve had. Yum.
Great tasting gyro! One of the best I’ve ever had 🙂 called in my order 20 minutes before closing because I have a jonesing for a gyro and they were accommodating and friendly! Wonderful service and food!
Golden Gyros good gyros and cheeseburgers. Also has good custard. Only down side is that they only accept cash.
