Have hit this food truck up a few times and markets and festivals and it never fails to impress. Menu is a short and simple, but the chicken skewers are absolutely insane. So perfectly cooked, juicy but with a nice char, and a marinade that is addictive. Staff are great, couldn’t recommend more highly, if you see this truck open for business definitely give it a go, you certainly won’t regret it!
