HUGE BREAKFAST PORTIONS! Very good food and service, American and Greek food at it’s best! I recommend this as a place to eat in West Bend.
I stopped in today on my way to Green Bay what a great find!! The food was delish and huge portions at a low price. Menu is full of yummy options and everything coming out of the kitched looked good. I sat at the counter and had a fun time the waitresses were a hoot all seemed to love their job great service and friendly. The cook came out and joked with me as well he was a very nice guy as well as the host he was polite and very inviting!! Give the place a try you won’t be sorry!!!
Bad Customer Service/Satisfaction. My son found a piece of paper on his kids burger, told the waitress, she took it back (never apologized) then came out saying it was just a piece of paper from what the patty comes on…but it was cooked with it on, GROSS! She still expected my son to eat it, giving she gave an explanation for it…well, being a kid he is picky and finding something in your food make your appetite go away…only then did she offer to make a new one…didnt even offer to comp his meal, which was only $4 but just took off the burger charge…I still paid for the fries. Just ridiculous. They have lost a customer for life!
I grew up in west bend and i LOVED omicron! They have the best chicken dumpling soup! However, when i was their yesterday, i couldnt help but notice the the hostess they have. She has been there for a while and never puts a smile on her face!! She wears pants that are filthy and have bleach spots,… It really drags down the nice atmosphere of the place. When i went yesterday she was standing there daydreaming and not paying attention to the fact we came in. Coming from years in the restaurants business, it is so annoying to see the poor work ethic in that girl.
