I was in town for a conference and a group of four went to the Mexican Rose for dinner. The dining room has great views of the river and dam. We were there in the off-season so it was pretty open. They also have a bar and outdoor patio area.The food was good, with nice flavor and tasted fresh. I had the Enchilada Ranchero which was served with beans and rice. It came with two enchiladas. I wasn’t able to finish all of the food. This appeared to be a common theme as two others in my party left food on their plates and guests around us were filling to go containers. badgerfoodie.com
