Poor Customer Services. Tonight, I went to four star and ordered the Steak with Jumbo Shrimp. I ordered my first steak medium rare and it came out medium so I asked to have it redone and the second came out rare. When i confronted the waitress, she told me that the Owner would make probably make me pay for the steak since it was the second one. Sure enough, I had to pay. On top of my steak not being cooked to my preference, it did not have any taste of a steak what so ever! Needless to say, i felt insulted and last time I checked, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT!!! I will not be returning to this restaurant, also because i found out that the owner was eating the first steak so how do i know that i would not be eating someones left overs that they did like or want!!

Just pickup some Banquet TV dinners and dump them on a chipped stained old plate and call it a meal… Seriously, take a big package of boxed salisbury from the grocery.. nuke it and dump it on a plate.. That is the 4 Star menu.. I would rather FAST than eat there again..

Brought out lightning fast and hot! Great service and friendly professional waitstaff. If this place ever shuts down I’m moving to a new town.
We like Jen!. Love the waitress Jen, such a sweetie! Food is average tasting but is always pumped out fast, busy or not. They do have big portions and a huge selection on the menu. Nothing to brag about but if your hungry and want to eat now, very quick and consistant.
Four Star. Look-I’m sick of saying it-Gross bagged food! Not real or home-made for the most part. Don’t waste your money! Sorry!
