The service is very professional and courteous. This is an excellent choice for lunch and dinner. The expansion/remodel suited 311 well. The setting is upscale yet not hoity-toity.
The restaurant is very good for food and atmosphere. The only problem is the noise level is a bit high, but not awful. The prices were reasonable for the value.
