This is a quaint restaurant with a relaxing atmosphere. The menu is limited. Two of us had the chicken with macaroni & cheese. The chicken was good though not exceptional. The portion of macaroni and cheese was huge.
Great place!!. Very good food! Went there two days in a row to get the eggs Benedict! Was delicious. Love the atmosphere.. Cozy and friendly and yummmmy!
Very disappointed. Three members of our party were told our table would be ready at 8:30 when we put our name in at 6:45. We returned to the restaurant at 8:25 and were informed that we never actually were told 8:30, but actually 9. This was a lie. This falls on the incompetence of the hostess, it is no reflection on the servers or chefs. We will not be returning and I will be relaying this experience. 08/06/14
Had a group of six for brunch and everyone loved their meals. Frittata was amazing and the Reuben was great and our 7 year wanted to lick his plate clean after finishing his French toast.
Ate here twice on my trip: the corned beef has was amazing and so was the frittata. Excellent service also, the waitstaff were attentive and friendly.
Dinner was spectacular. Chef wasn’t afraid to serve pork at medium temp. Absolutely delish. Mac and cheese was wonderful. And affordable. Could not ask for more.
Pleasant ambience. Good food. Good meal. Your choice of breakfast joints in Jackson may be slim…this is the one to choose… And the Lotus Caf, if you are healthily oriented.
