Chocolate is good, service is AWFUL. They were late with one birthday day cake. On the next visit, they were not even close to finishing a birthday cake that was being brought on an airplane for a party. Multiple calls to the store never resulted in a refund so it took a call to the Better Business Bureau to resolve the issue.I also attended a party with a cake from Ciocolato that was special ordered as flourless for a celiac. The cake very clearly contained flour and the store was not at all distressed by the mix up.
