Breakfast Burritos. These use to be the absolute best breakfast burritos around. But this last year they have really gone downhill when it comes to great flavor. The lunch menu items have really fallen by the wayside too. I have found this to be true at both the Wilson store and the Glenwood Store. The serving is huge I can never even eat half of one so at $6 a pop it is quite a breakfast investment compared to other fast breakfast opportunities. I think my meals at D.O.G. are a thing of the past. Bummer I really use to love the place.
Huge burrito, long-ass wait. Ordered to RBG breakfast burrito and could have definitely split it with another big eater. No lie, we waited at least 40 minutes for two burritos. Maybe they pressure cooked my beans and went to Albertons’s for the guacamole. I got a couple bites of hard beans, which was a little unsettling. Aside from what I previously mentioned, it was a decent burrito, and the tortilla was nice and grilled, but good thing I didnt have anywhere to be, as it took so. Damn. Long. To make it. Call well ahead if you want to eat here, and then still be prepared to wait. Got through a whole edition of the Jackson newspaper before my food was ready. Definitely not worth tipping these guys, as they seem a little crabby. On the plus side, they offer a nice variety of hot sauces for when your burrito is actually ready to be eaten. Recommended, but with reservations.
