We stopped by for a late lunch and ordered a roast beef sandwich which we planned to share. It was a large and delicious sandwich which was plenty for the two of us. Plenty of good roast beef on good sourdough bread.
This place is great!!!! Hotel lobby clerk told us about this and we are so glad we came!! The food is fantastic and most items under $10! The brownies, sandwiches omlets and pancakes are great! Kids meals for under $5!!! We will make this a must eat spot every time we come to Jackson!!!
Nothing fancy, just simple goodness. This establishment has a modern, simplified deco with lots of windows to allow for the perfect amount of natural lighting. It is set up much the same way as an Einstein Bagels–front counter and menu where you can pick out fresh baked pastries and breads or order a more extensive breakfast or lunch. Then you find a seat and your meals are brought out to you. I had the breakfast bagel sandwich with an everything bagel, scrambled eggs, bacon, and American cheese. The bagel had good flavor and was fairly soft. But, if you are looking for an earthy bagel…this is not for you. The bacon was crisp, just like I like it. The eggs were definitely not farm fresh like I am used to, but they were tasty. And, I don’t usually eat American cheese, but it did melt very nicely onto the egg. I think I would like to try pepper jack and an over easy egg on a return trip. For the price ($5.50) this was plenty of food and it was quite good. If you are looking for nice atmosphere, simple, good food, fair portions at a fair price, this would be a good option.
Taco Salad. This salad had no flavor and no pizzazz. I would not order it again. Give it some taco flavor please.
