First let me say that the food here in Jackson is usually amazing! We’ve had fresh, yummy, wholesome food day after day.However, my husband tried to purchase a sandwich from this shop. I’m pregnant and wasn’t feeling well so I asked him to grab us a sandwich for lunch while I rested. We asked for cheese. Got the sandwich and NO cheese. Ok I can deal with that. But they list on their to-go menu that they offer tomatoes. And as a regular person I like tomatoes on my sandwiches. We get the sandwich and it has no tomatoes. So we ask and they literally have ZERO tomatoes in their store! How is this even possible? How can they offer 2 sandwiches and charge $25 (yes 25 dollars for a sandwich) and not even have basic accompaniments? I even called the shop and their response was that they only offer what their supplier provides. Um…what? You cannot get tomatoes? You’re a sandwich shop. In a resort town. With 4 star restaurants on every corner. In a beautiful, accessible part of the country.Just be wary. There are SO many amazing places to eat like the Silver Dollar Cafe that are less expensive and wonderful! Take a look at my $12.50 sub and you can decide for yourself.

Great sandwiches. As a little kid, my mother always wanted me to try the new York sub shop sandwiches, and unfortunately I never did until I was around the age of 13. since then, ive been obsessed with this sandwich shop. this place has the most bomb sandwiches and my personal favorite is the Bronx. keep it up guys!!! this place is a great place to eat if you want a sub!!
