I have traveled 35 years for 9 months out of the year. This is a very average restaurant masquerading as an upscale steak house. Not worth the money or time. The manager claims they have a small kitchen. The tables are so packed in nobody can move. The manager came to the table after the waiter told us on the game plate we could not get the different meats cooked rare and med rare. Really? The baked potato had been cooked for hours. They opened 1 hour before our reservation and seated us 20 mins early because I complained we could not get apps at the bar. Too confusing on a weekend was the reason. Really? We were told we could not sub a salad with an up charge for the veg. The waiter was wrong. The manager rushed to the kitchen to make sure the elk was cooked rare, and quickly brought our main course , but everyone forgotten the buffalo appetizer. That of course was still on the bill however. As I said, don’t waste your time.
