Very pleasant surprise!. The service was exceptional on our Saturday evening visit. Interesting preparations and solid results. We were so pleased with our whole experience!
Delicious. Great service, and even better food. Fresh tasting and prepared with care. I enjoyed the interior but the place needs to tend to the ambient noise. Nit picking I know but i will be going back.

Jen. Wow! LOVED this restaurant! Don’t have a clue what the other negative people who posted reviews are talking about! I had the NY steak, which was cooked perfectly medium rare and was superb. The portion was huge! My husband had the nightly special that particular evening which was the rack of lamb. Came with four enormous pieces of the rack, very thick, cooked perfectly rare. He said its the best rack of lamb he’s ever had! Matter of fact when they placed our entrees in front of us i thought how huge the portions were. My husband is a gourmet cook! We are picky diners and consider ourselves foodies! We love to dine out and frankly, we haven’t found a restaurant in Jackson yet we haven’t liked ( though we have researched and read reviews every place we have tried). The service at Trio was very good. Wine selection good. I’d recommend this restaurant in a heartbeat. Same owners apparently as the Local restaurant. Eaten at both during our stay here and have not been disappointed!
Poor Service/Food is Fair. Poor Service is the norm in Jackson, WY and this place is no exception. The food is fair and certainly overpriced, but so is everything in Jackson. I would say this is one of the better over priced spots in town. However, if you are expecting great food and quality service for these prices don’t come to Jackson.Ownership simply doesn’t care and quite frankly they don’t have to care. During the tourist season they have more business than they can handle. So, if you go just be ready for overpriced mediocre food and slow service that could care less if you are there or not.
Trendy and Noisy, but great food. The place is trendy and noisy, and there was a long wait to get seated, but the food was delicious with some unique choices on the menu. Several people commented on small portions, but our experience was that there was plenty of food.
Bouillabaisse here is fabulous. But you will find that you’ll probably need to eat a sandwich either before or after the meal because it is certainly small portioned.
