This place is over the top creative,fresh ingredients, fabulous food.I am a foodie from New Orleans and I really appreciate when s chef steps out and try’s new things. This was our 3rd time going to TRIO over the past three years coming to Jackson Hole. Everyone we’ve had diner with loves it. We will be back.
Wasn’t really impressed. It looks like a nice place, but the food seemed like a dressed up chilies- except more expensive. Very mediocre. Maybe get a new chef?
Not up to the good reviews. We had no reservation but were told 20 minutes. It turned into 40. The place was packed at 9:00 on a week night. Our waiter was polite and adequate but that’s it. The pizza was excellent, the risotto and lamb pasta were OK and the salmon special was pretty good. It was all OK but not up to the hype at all. I won’t bother to go again.
