Wild Sage is small and quaint, but the service is fantastic. The menu is updated regularly and the chef is very talented. I enjoyed every meal, including breakfast. I would highly recommend a visit!
My family and I eat out frequently and we all agreed this was one of the top meals we have ever had. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. Food was out of this world. Bison short ribs and Elk chop were the highlights. Wine recommendations were great. Deserts were also interesting and tasted great. A+.
December 2008. The Wild Sage at the Rusty Parrot lodge was a real treat for my family. The restaurant itself is cozy and warm, with very few tables and a bustling kitchen in one corner of the room. The service was very good, what you would expect from a pricey restaurant. The bread was to die for, was hot out of the kitchen, and they brought extra without us asking. It was a bit pricey, but worth it.
