Manchester St. Coffee is a place to come meet the guy who roasts your coffee! Matt will pour you a free sample and show you his roasting set-up. Not a sit-down-coffee-shop. This is a roasting shop. Come get some freshly roasted coffee! New Business Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 10am to 1pm. Thursday - Sunday, CLOSED. Matt and his coffees can be found at the farmers market at Landon's Greenhouse on Saturday mornings, 9 to noon. Year round. =]] Starting June 20, Matt will set up at the farmers market in downtown Sheridan, 5 to 7pm.
