The Wyoming Culinary Institute (WCI), managed by Sheridan College Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management students. They will be opening their doors for lunch and dinner on Thursdays and Fridays. Lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m, and dinner will from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. During the fall and spring semesters, the restaurant will feature a rotating menu of cuisines from around the world, such as Italian, French, and North American.
