Fabulous food and service. The beef filet is a must try! It is so tender you can cut it with a fork. I found the staff to be so warm while remaining professional and showing all the proper steps of service.
Despicable service. Valet was no where to be found, and our party had to wander about the lobby until a staff member materialized to tend to the car/point us in the direction of the restaurant. We had to remind the waiter several times of our drink orders, and the manager would not oblige when his presence was requested- again, even after multiple requests. Given the quality of service- or lack thereof- this establishment bestowed upon my party, there is no doubt in my mind that your money and time are better spent elsewhere. Anywhere but Amangani.
Is this supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in the world? Worst service. Be sure to bring your ID or they won’t allow you to have a glass of wine. I cannot tell you how many times we had to remind them to bring us things, like our drinks. When we confronted the manager about this, he told us it was our fault and that he was too busy. Not worth your time or money my friends.
Amazing food & an amazing view. The first thing that strikes you when you sit down at Amangani Grill is the view – the Teton Mountains fill all the windows along one side of the restaurant. If you can manage to pull your gaze away from the awe inspiring Tetons and peruse the menu, you’ll find that it’s quite focused, using seasonal, local/regional ingredients. And to say that the Amangani culinary team knows what they are doing in the kitchen is an understatement. Everything that I was served was picture perfect from the coffee to the eggs, the salad with the earthy roasted beets to the amazing apple dessert. The icing on the cake was the service, especially by the employees working the breakfast shift. They are friendly, personable without being overbearing. If you have the opportunity to try Amangani Grill – go! It will be one of the best dining experiences you’ll have.
