Casper Restaurant at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is closed for summer 2019. This established on-mountain restaurant is now offering a revamped menu of classic gourmet ski comfort food. Offerings include a burrito bar with plenty of fillings, a grill station with your favorite options from locally sourced products such as Snake River Farms and RR Ranch including Kurobuta pork and Kobe beef hot dogs. Our soup and chili station will also keep you warm as you sit by the fire at this mid-mountain establishment. Don't forget our "warm up station" that serves hot drinks with an extra kick and the full-service bar. You'll find this a combination of self-service and freshly cooked menu items mean this ski-in-ski-out stop can be as quick or long as you like.Details

Nice place for a break on the mountain. The food was ordinary and flavorless. The bar was very nice.

It took a few minutes but my grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was fresh and hot. And the cook was friendly and nice. I would go back again rather than dealing with lower mountain
Most expensive stomach ache I’ve ever had. $70 for three grilled cheese sandwiches, a coke and a banana that tasted of soap. The cheese tasted like a pair of crocs. Please ski down and have lunch at the Four Seasons (Handle Bar).
