La Cava, restaurant and barbecue, is located in the heart of Punta del Este and provides a unique, relaxed and cozy environment. Our chef, who looks after every detail, elaborates gourmet dishes offering a very varied menu which includes meat, fish, salads, pasta, desserts and more... In our barbecue (parrilla) we use Premium meat for export to make the typical "asado"! The fire and wood we use to cook meats, cheeses and vegetables gives that special flavour, characteristic from our country.
