Since 1977. Our restaurant is the oldest house that homemade banh beo in Quynhon. Banh beo is a small steamed rice cake/ rice pancake in white color and typically features adimple in its center, which is filled with savory ingredients including chopped,dried or fresh shrimp, scallions, mung bean paste, crispy fried shallots, fish sauce, rice vinegar, and oil.
