I was very pleased with the excellent service provided by the staff of the hotel. They were professional, kind and always with a smile on their face. A special thanks to Linh, Phuong, Dung and Yen at the front office and for Hung (bell).
Really great food, great menu offering a big choice of local and western dishes at reasonable prices for a hotel. Great friendly staff. We were surprised how empty it was! Oh yeah, free local dessert at the end!!!

We had great breakfast with many choices of foods at Cicilia. But the drinks should be improved. The soybean milk is too sweet. I think they should have some more fresh juice or smoothies.
From the first dinner there, to the last breakfast, we found that the restaurant was of the highest standard. The food was a great quality, all was well cooked, and what was ordered was what arrived.
Buffet breakfast has verity of food both local and international, as well as lunch and dinner. good view and fast service,
best meals and wonderful staff. highly recommend this restaurant for travelers. Very colorful and nice smell from the food.
