In Iran, hospitality is a way of life. Serving delicious food to your guest is crucial in this art-form. A host should be completely at the service of his guest. In our ‘petite restaurant’ we want to pay tribute to this Persian tradition. So giving an intimate service and good food is important to us. That’s the reason we only work – in the evening – with reservations, so we are able to achieve this particular atmosphere. For lunch, we’re only serving one dish, a different one almost every day, freshly made by Sami, the chef. After all, we’re curious about our guests and we want to enjoy their presence. We don’t want to be a busy restaurant which sells food. No, we’re a cosy eatery where you step in a home and can join the food and more.
