Pho is one of the Vietnamese traditional food. The most delicious and typical brand of Pho in Vietnam is Ha Noi Pho with wonderful flavor. Pho is made from rice noodles, beef or chicken and other spices. Pho is a noodle soup; therefore, its better when being added with beansprout. Eating Pho with family not only reflects Vietnamese tradition but also creates cozy atmosphere. Bn ch is a Vietnamese dish of grilled pork and noodle, which is thought to have originated from Hanoi, Vietnam. Bn ch is served with grilled fatty pork (ch) over a plate of white rice noodle (bn) and herbs with a side dish of dipping sauce. The dish was described in 1959 by Vietnamese food writer Vu Bang (19131984) who described Hanoi as a town "transfixed by bn ch."Bn ch originated and remains very popular in Hanoi. Outside Hanoi, across all regions of Vietnam, a similar dish of rice vermicelli and grilled meat called bn tht nng is alternately served.
