Traditional grill chicken wing, drumstick, whole chicken and rib.... So tasty and freshThe idea to set up my own restaurant was from the days I studied in the UK. Living cost was expensive, most students stayed friendly with chicken dishes only :)). So day by day, more than 1 years of experience cooking, tasting Legendary chicken , the grilled chicken made with HAT sauce. Through a lot of my friends supports: super delicious, So good, so tasty", U can open a restaurant now"..., I got courage to built HAT house. In addition, the HAT House menu is a value of learning from my international students friends. They teach me their traditional dishes, me also, therefore whenever come to HAT, you'll have chance to enjoy a lot of strange dishes from all over the world as well as traditional Vietnamese cuisine. When we was in UK, all the parties ( International party, summer BBQ party,...) was done by our self, so with HAT, that self-service will be keep. We hope that you, my friends can help us to preserve this bussines model.Specially, we only serve products that we can eat. Therefore all of food are made from natural ingredents, no artificial colors or preservatives.Food can fix everything.
