La Cuisine is a French restaurant located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh city, designed to make you feel as if you were at home. The open kitchen gives you the opportunity to see the Chef and his team pamper you with a selection of mouth-watering dishes. Having worked in France, London, and So Paulo, Chef Erwann Serene decided to settle in Vietnam where he worked in La Camargue for the past 8 years. In 2009, he decides to open his own restaurant, and works on the La Cuisine concept, which is a mix of a home designed kitchen and trendy restaurant serving refined Mediterranean Cuisine.
