About
Le Bourgeois Restaurant was the most favorite rendezvous of Graham Greene during his stay in Saigon. In the old time, politicians, correspondents and journalists gathered to discuss political issues in "cafe the la hien", a casual name of this restaurant. Nowadays, the former saying "if the walls of the restaurant could talk, they would tell you many secrets" is still the start of all discussion about this restaurant. Le Bourgeois Restaurant today is luxury dining with classic style decoration, that serves western cuisine. The restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel, overlooking the Opera House and is conveniently accessible for both in-house and walk-in guests. In the morning, guests can choose either Vietnamese breakfast dishes with variety of noodles or Continental breakfast (bread, butter, jam...). Lunch and dinner is the time for our guests to enjoy Western cuisine along with elegant classic melodies of Piano and Violin.
