Hue beef noodle is a commonly known and served to all Vietnamese and well-accepted through 3 regions North, Middle and South Vietnam. Our restaurant has been in business for more than 20 years and was passed on from my grandmother who was an original Hue-ian coming to Saigon and bringing the dish to the city in the early ages. We are proud to be the restaurant that has been serving different generations of Vietnamese and currently, foreigners too!
