San Fu Lou_ The house of three blessings. At our restaurant, we provide great tasty food, healthy cooking techniques and hygiene. At SFL, we take the traditional concept of a Chinese kitchen and bring it to a new level of sophistication with a contemporary Oriental ambience replete with the colours and material of a traditional Chinese "house". Our show kitchen, which is a first in Vietnam for a Chinese restaurant, allows diners to take in a visual feast before the food is served. This kitchen shows the guests the extensive Chinese influences which can be found in the Vietnamese culinary heritage today.These include the use of bean curd, stir-frying food, the use of chop-stick and wok, and so much more. SFL is a place to enjoy Chinese classics with handpicked teas and allows all guests to appreciate nostalgic tastes in these modern times.
