Saigon Bagel serves plain, poppy, sesame, cinnamon raisin, onion and everything bagels - all made the traditional way, boiled and baked. Our cream cheese schmears are: smoked salmon, strawberry, pineapple, chives & bacon, sundried tomato & basil and chives. We also offer high quality smoked salmon and our homemade gravlox and pickled herring. Choose from our menu of bagel sandwiches, such as our egg and bacon breakfast bagel, or make your own a la carte.
