It is quite a hidden place, located on a small street of Phan Ng. From the main road in Bin Ph, you should turn left, walk for about 30m, you shall see a small yard with bamboo tree on your left. The ground floor is Cyrus Patisserie & Chocolaterie Boutique shop offering selections of high quality Chocolate made from Vietnam cacao beans using Belgium technique and European style pastries and big chocolate chip cookies. You can buy take-away,gift boxes, or dine-in upstairs. Delivery service is also available. The first floor is 96B Experiment - the cafe, where we serve various style of coffee : espresso, drip, cold brew and creative coffee drinks from premium Vietnamese coffee beans, and specialty imported coffee beans. We source our beans directly from local farms in Lam Dong, Dalat and from certified suppliers. We roast in small batches and blend in-house to ensure highest quality and freshness of our cup. The first time to 96B after a friend’s suggestion.Great with friendly barista.Start with a hot capu, and then try drip with Catimor Dalat and their ‘Summer’ Cold Brew. I am very surprised that 100% Bean from VietNam. I will be come back soon. Thanks you!
