We are a Mexican restaurant located at 137 Calmette, District 1 serving homemade Mexican tacos, burritos, tostadas and quesadillas. At Gringo Tacos y Cantina we make our own fresh corn tortillas and queso fresco daily. We use Australian flank steak for our carne asada. We do not use sour cream as it is an American addition to Mexican food but we do have Mexican crema. If you're looking for a taste of Mexico come to Gringo Tacos where we keep it simple and focus on the quality of our ingredients. "It's all about the meat!
