For years, Dad has great passion for coffee. Yet, it was not until his retirement that he could spare his full time and attention to coffee. He spent years of research and experiments for roasting and brewing fresh coffee. His vision is to bring pure coffee tastes in Vietnamese coffee filter style to people around to enjoy as much as he does. And here they come: the Moc, Hoai Niem and Blend 50 for Gu Saigon brand (which means Saigon's Style). Dad does most of the work himself, from selecting the beans to roasting and vacuum packaging to ensure the freshness. I'm here just for the last part: grind and serve you freshly brewed Dad's coffee in Vietnamese coffee filter style.
