Kiba is a sustainable fusion tapas restaurant. With the focus on health and taste, we source our ingredients locally and organically. Most of the herbs and vegetables are grown in Kiba garden at the restaurant and the sauces are made from scratch to control the quality and minimize any processed chemicals. At Kiba, Chef Pedro Goizueita puts a lot of love when creating every single dish, to make sure the food is not only healthy and delicious but also a unique peace of art.
