Ralf's Gelato opened in August 2016 in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City. We like to introduce our guests to the true Italian "Gelato Artigianale. We are proud to say that we are among the world's estimated 10% of Gelato makers who make their Gelato the traditional, genuine way. Only 100% quality! We guarantee: no preservatives, no colouring, neither natural nor artificial! For our made from scratch Gelato, which we create in-house in our Gelato lab, we use only the best natural ingredients. Most of them are imported from Europe, e.g. fresh milk, real vanilla from Madagascar, 100% pistachios and hazelnuts from Italy, whipping cream from Australia... All our fruit sorbets dont contain dairy products and are therefore lactose and gluten-free and suitable for a vegan diet! Since many of our sorbets are made with fresh Vietnamese fruits according to the season, they are not always available. Others such as strawberry, raspberry, blackcurrant etc. get imported as deep-frozen 100% fruit!
