The Publik House is a collaboration from Executive Chefs and Restauranteurs, Josh McGechaen and Calvin Bui. Located at Winking Seal Beer Co., The Publik House serves Bar Bites, Sharing Plates, and Charcuterie & Cheese Boards. The thoughtful food menu takes a seasonal, farm-to-table approach with dishes that draw on local flavors and ingredients with influence from the Chef's travels around the world.
