In a relatively quiet alley off Bui Vien/Pham Ngu Lau.Chi and her staff have a very relaxed restaurant – with bike rental, visas etc.A great place to get organised – I’ve lost count of the numbers of times i’ve dropped by.
If you don’t like eating on the main street where someone sells sunglasses every minute, go to Chi’s café or another restaurant on that side street. Small street with many Cafeteria at great prices!!! breakfast/lunch or dinner 🙂

We visited for breakfast. The meal was large and tasty. English was a little broken but very understandable and the service was very friendly.
Chi is super knowlegable wit all types of visas, and the food is great ! Higly recommend a visit !! ???
