We at Pasteur Street Brewing Company (PSBC, to friends and lovers) have been brewing craft beer using locally sourced, fresh Vietnamese ingredients since 2014 and opened our first Tap Room The Original in January 2015 in Saigon at 144 Pasteur Street. Down the alley and up the stairs!
